Ubercete Services

Ubercrete Offers a Range of Services to Meet Users' Needs

We started out with one computer controlled volumetric mixing truck, to deliver our advanced concrete formulations and we achieved overwhelming success. We have the most advanced, state-of-the-art truck in western Canada. Couple high technology/high performance additives, with computer controlled volumetric mixing, and we have a winning combination for high value concrete services. We are now in the process of buying a fleet of new volumetric trucks to keep up with the demand.

Environmental Considerations 

Ubercrete is all about being as environmentally responsible as possible. This is how we are protecting the environment:

  • Less Waste - Precise pours prevent concrete waste

  •  More Durable - Advanced material mixes result in more durable concrete 

  • Energy Efficiency - Continuous onsite pours with one truck compared to many trucks shuttling to and from a factory

Commercial Construction

Currently Ubercrete is doing all types of horizontal pours for commercial applications. With our new formulations we are in the process of getting certifications for high pressure/high strength concrete applications, such as footings.

Next we want to tackle high volume, big pour, vertical, commercial applications in tight spaces. Our trucks are highly manoeuvrable in tight spaces, but we need to have a continuous flow of raw materials for big pours. Refer to the Technology Section for more detailed information, on our solution to this dilemma.      

Residential Construction

Residential construction is using more concrete and composites for vertical applications such as walls, as the price of wood products continues to increase. Ubercrete is working with our partners to create prefab wall panels and tiny homes, using advanced composite materials.

Currently our residential projects include a number of concrete applications. For example we have done driveways, pads and floors. In the future we hope to be doing prefab wall panels, hung on a very strong steel frame. We are in the process of engineering an advanced steel frame, with our partners.  

Research & Development Services

Ubercrete is doing state-of-the-art R&D with  Universities and with innovative Strategic Partners. We are a science motivated and a science capable organization, which seeks to actualize innovation. Integration of advanced materials with advanced processing technologies, is another Ubercrete strength.

From our R&D initiatives, Ubercrete will be offering a number of advanced services. For example:

  • Technology Integration - We are integrating front end loaders with volumetric trucks for continuous pours

  • Robotic Brick Layer - We are working with a university in developing a brick laying robot to lay bricks fabricated by Ubercrete

  • Composite Wall Panels - We are working with strategic partners to develop cost effective, durable, environmentally friendly, light composite panels for both residential and commercial applications

  • Coatings for Energy Efficiency - We are working with another strategic partner to apply their existing coating to vertical surfaces, for both energy efficiency and for durability

 

 

Landscape Construction

Ubercrete will be acquiring mobile equipment to be able to fabricate bricks and paving tiles onsite. This equipment can also be stationary, and we can also manufacture bricks and tiles in an industrial building.

 

In turn these bricks and tiles will be used by paving contractors for landscaping jobs. Ubercrete will act as the manufacturer/distributor for these products. Currently, due to supply chain disruptions, there is a shortage of such materials. Therefore there is a very strong demand.

Ubercrete offers local decentralized production of advanced materials. We collapse the supply chain and have lower transportation costs. Cost competitive, high performance, decentralized solutions and services, is what Ubercrete is all about.
