CEO - Rene Palsenbarg
Prior to founding Ubercrete, Rene has held positions such as Sr. Vice President, Investment Lee & Associates, Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap's Vancouver/Calgary offices. He was also President of Commercial Properties with Century 21 In Town Realty where he focused on commercial real estate investment sales, finance, land development and project management. Rene has also been Executive Vice President of Charlwood International Corp., and President of Commercial Properties with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada
CFO - Herman Poon CPA
Herman Poon, CPA, has a diverse professional, management and entrepreneurial background covering federal taxation, telecom JV, and senior administrative management at Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain, which eventually led him to devote entirely as an innovator of environmental solutions. He has had experience in installing, implementing, integrating and improving new technology solutions in the recycling industry.

Our CEO, Rene Palsenbarg, has been a senior executive with large development companies, and knows how to monetize new technologies in the construction industry. Our CFO, Herman Poon, is a hands on executive experienced in applying and refining innovations, and in fostering partnerships with strategic organizations. Collectively we are uniquely qualified, with our partners, to bring innovation to reality in the construction industry.
